Vision
The vision of the PS 81 community, including students, families and staff, is to provide a safe, equitable and child-centered educational experience that prepares our children to be compassionate, civically-minded, productive members of society.
Instructional Focus
If we know each child well through Social and Emotional Learning and Culturally Responsive Teaching, while sustaining a collaborative learning environment, then we will see an increase in proficiency in Integration of Knowledge and Ideas in ELA and Numbers and Operations in Math.
